  • Started at ground floor of a start up engineering company and helped developed and maintain equipment monitoring, maintenance and program licensing procedures with IT support.

  • Oversees fundamental tasks related to efficient running of company as well as being actively involved in employee hiring, training and termination. 
  • Supervises employee functions, establishes job performance efficiency by distributing job assignments and creating schedules for job completion. 
  • Maintain/build on close customer working relationships with clients (Zayo, tw telecom, MWD, AT&T, TWC, Level3, Freedom, etc).
  • Oversaw employee productivity of 30 contracts in 9 states for Adelphia Communications.
  • Manage the access of client proprietor Data Bases for accessing projects, maps, engineering design…
  • Attend all clients’ construction meetings and provide status updates.
  • Proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canvas, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Lode Data, and Adobe Photo Shop.
